We were finally able to resolve the issue, but only by moving up to desktop messaging client 4.0. The install seems to work very smoothly without any problems.

We can't get CallPilot Desktop Messaging to work with Groupwise 7. It WILL work if we install Groupwise 6, then CallPilot, then update to Groupwise 7, then re-install CallPilot. That's just not right. I've tried using the setup.cfg files from Groupwise 6, etc. No luck. We have a 201i Callpilot...
