    I have the same Andershanssen problem, but here I didn't understood how to do. As well as Andershanssen when I am opening a ".tif" I received by fax-email, I get the message "Pixel aspect ratio correction is for preview purpose only. Turn it off for maximum image quality" But I can not find out...
