Well the point is that a don't see a tab "send as"
probably because i can only see the properties of the mailbox with the exchange system manager...
is there a other option to do this?

is it possible that users can send mail from a service mailbox wich is in a public folder?
we are using exchange 2003.
The meaning is that the users wich are checking the service mailbox can also send e-mail with the service@blabla.nl adres so that customers can give a reply on that...
