    upgrading flash fails

    I have a Mitel 5220 phone when I plug it into the network it starts an upgrading flash and hangs at upgrading-part 1 0%. I have a pair of 3300's ver 7.1 but I don't think they are the issue. Is there a reset button on these phones?
