Exabyte 221L Stepper Move Fail error
Hello I have a Exabyte 221L tape library. After a recent stint with Veritas support, my library is giving me this error. Its error code 73 "Stepper Move Fail" I have tried reseting it and doing a few other things, but to no avail. Anyone ever seen anything like this and know of a solution?
