Nevermind did a little more research and figured it out.

I am new to the dialog box thing, and in the dialog editor it says all you have to do to get your dialog box to pop up is to place it in your code where you want it to pop up. That is not working I was wondering do I have to define it anywhere or link it to the file. Any help would be appericated.
