I too am looking for a call recording solution for the BCM400 however I would also like to capture agents screen activity with the voice recording, are any of you doing that?
Also, you say not cheap roughly what is the cost?
I have a BCM400 and just setup Call Center using Call Pilot. I have a problem when customers call they sometimes do not get to my call center or are left with dead air (indefinitely).
