I appreciate such a quick response. I will look into most of your suggestions, however we are currently running 9.2. Plans are to update to 9.5 but other issues have not allowed us to do so in a timely manner.- warlockvix

I'd also like to add that as long as we put in the correct Livelink password (and that is with which ever of the four options we choose to autenticate), we receive a "Test succeeded via socket" with the default port.- warlockvix

Livelink Explorer 4.4.2 Pro and AD lockout issue
Hello. I work for a small company that has been using Livelink for some time now. We authenticate users via NTLM and all is well. Users can get onto the web interface without issues and use Livelink as it is intended. Users can also use Livelink Explorer and there are no problems there...- warlockvix
