Hi guys,
Has anyone attempted this yet? It's a 2 step process as you have to upgrade to 5.2 first and then to 6.0.
If anyone has done this and has any advice to offer, it would be greatly appreciated?

are you talking about the agent being on a DN call? If so, there's a separate field for that on the RTD and he should show a status of "busy" rather than "active".
