    Deserialization Failed??? Unable to Open/Modify Report

    I am having the same problem and wondering if it has something to do with recently installing Visual Studio 2005 although I am not using it yet. I am trying to modify a report using the 2003 dev enviroment when I get this same error that you mentioned.
