Thank you - will that add to itself only if there are 2 lines per key? Do I put that in the details section so it will calculate for every detail line, i.e. every row per key?

I'm sorry - I don't know what I was thinking when I posted that message. I don't wants the most recent 3 amounts, I want the most recent 12 month period of amounts. My problem is I have no idea when the most recent date of giving was. It could be a month ago, a year ago, 2 years ago....

I don't necessarily want to go back 60 months. I want to go back the last 12 months. If that is 0 then get the 12 months only prior to that - not the last 24 months. And so on. I want each 12 month period for the last 5 years.
