    Emerald Ice directory feature

    How do I enable the directory function (press 9 in the main greeting)remotely? When you press 9, it says you have dialed too few digits and repeats the greeting. Any help would be appreciated!

    Destination codes clearing...

    Yes, it is a MICS...NVRAM is release 1. The problem reoccurs when unplugged. I am going to install a FastRad so I can back up the programming and install a new software cartridge. Thanks for all the input!

    I have a good one...on a CICS/7.0 with PRI, when the system is shutdown (due to power outtage) the systems clears the destination codes, everything else comes up fine.     Long distance problem

    That is very interesting...both were set for NI-2 and I couldn't make outgoing calls, so I was told to change it to 5ESS. This solved the outgoing call issue, but seems to have caused another with the LD/TF. I will try changing it to the other types and see what happens. Thanks!

    Thanks...but if I set asborb to "all" it will send the 9, and and if I send "none" it won't send anything. As I have been researching the other posts, do I need to build a seperate route for LD/TF? Then program each 91xxx? This is a fractional T1 using 6 lines for voice...it is straight...
