thanks for replying :) i tried chkdsk /r its say it has one or more problems and couldnt do it :( the data recovery program i used found files but the files are useless the jpegs dont work most text files is all like code and mumbo jumbo its seems i may be losing the lot and the a format is...- 3rrr
