I'm using Brightstor ARCserve backup version 11.1 (Build 3060) and the BAOF add in, and I keep getting the W3404 "Unable to open file" error message when trying to back up users' .pst files, and an occasional open file, so my backup job is always ending with an "incomplete" status...
