I was wondering if anyone has setup Call Pilot to sync with active directory. Is it possible to easily add active directory syncing to a live system? Make Call Pilot "act" like Octel
For what it is worth - we just moved from Octel to Callpilot, and we are trying to use Octel emulation. Getting around 9 for remote notification - or can I make mass updates?
We just went live with a new CallPilot 4.0 voicemail system and we are trying to fix some issues.
