    Import from ms sql

    I would suggest this Import Access tool - http://www.navicat.com. You can use the import wizard and it has schedule import feature too. I think it's suitable for your case. Not sure if this will totaly answer your question but it may be of some help.

    MySQL GUI

    Have you tried out Navicat? Although I am not sure if it fulfills all your needs, it's my favorite MySql admin tool when I have to work on a windows machine.
