when i said startup i meant the startup of the machine. all other apps do not have this problem. thanks for the help and if we can narrow this down further i would be forever gratelful- insomniak001

ok, here is a question that is killing me and i apologize for the lack of information as i was asked by a relative to troubleshoot this over the phone. Apparently what is happening is he is getting a certain xml parser error on startup, i tried googling this error and came up pretty empty...- insomniak001
