They do not want to print grey text using CMYK. They want a straight 85% black. Do you know if I should use Pantone, Spot or Process color, or is there another choice.

For PC: In CS5, when moving a photograph, if I grab it near the center the photo will move within it's own framework and all or part of it can disappear. Is there any way to disable this feature? Thanks in advance!
