    HI, Thanks for the quick reply, very much appreciated. Yes I have cs2, but I don't do much editing, just used for photgraphs and web images, so I will try the above which all look like they will work, but I might ask for a few more details if you dont mind - if I get stuck.

    HI, I scan my paintings and then send the scan to a print house to get them printed. The problem is that as I paint on a fine textured canvas I get some reflections in the dark areas especially. These look like hot pixels? Is there any way i can get rid of these in Photoshop whilst still...
