Thank you Kressmark ,but I have MD110 bc 12.1 and ,I need to enable this caller i. d. on analog extension feature, for the full capacity which is 4500 extensions ,do i have to order mx-one system, would that affect the analog extension capacity .Is it difficult to upgrade from md110 bc12 to mx...- caterpilar
