    A tape was added to the robot but cannot change volume pool from netbackup to scratch. I keep getting failed 199 on the change command.

    Media ID and Barcode don't match

    While in transition of a new robot the media id and barcode got mixed up on a couple of tapes and now don’t match. The barcode it correct but media id isn’t. Tapes have already been written to and will not be scratched for sometime.
