I just upgraded my browser to IE 7, and now my Symposium Web Client doesn't work. It tells me that I need at least IE Version 5.5 or higher, but assume Nortel didn't set it up to work with IE 7.0. Does anyone know if there is a update from Nortel? Thanks, Jeff

I have been tasked to change the passwords on our switches. I have the second level passwords, and am working in LD-17. I can print them in LD-22. I know the SPWD, but can't figure out the way to change the ADMIN1, and ADMIN2 passwords. Thanks for any help Jeff

The Panasonic is comaptible with any manufacture, but you need to input the integration codes for the different tasks. Light message light =? Turn off message light=? Panasonic wants to know what Nortel requires for these actions, and I can't find it in any NTP... Thanks for your help

We did have the SUPN set to true in the trunk programming, but the CO would still say "the party you are calling doesnt answer". What we did was, setup a voice menu in MerMail, and recorded 2 seconds of ring tone. Then the call could follow the rining programming within the Meridian, and I can...

How do I send answer supervision to the CO when recieving a call into an ACD queue? Is there an attribute that should be set.? The problem is that the calls are being dropped by the CO before they are answered. Thanks for any advice. Jeff
