    I would call back to get another another support/sales person. Most isp's sell their ip's in blocks of 5 or more. The rep you talked to probably gets sales credit for new dsl ckts rather than upgrading existing ones

    64K DDS monitoring

    While monitoring this frame relay ckt, I received an error message in the decode view that read: RFC1490/RFC2427 Error >> Invalid Control Byte Control Byte Error (0x08) unknown . Any suggestions on what this is caused by? There are no other errors detected physical or otherwise.
