Now I'm working with polycom engineering, I used an old power supply from an old polycom and it rings. Polycom came back and said they seem to have an issue with the new power supplies.

Pepperz, Yes it will ring on a regular telephone jack but not off the PBX. Also I tried one of those old clunky phones with the analog bell and it too follows the polycom vtx1000, which tells me that its a current problem since all other phones will ring off the PBX. Thanks for the help guys, I...
