The EXCEL header "date/time" displays the date/time when the worksheet was printed.
How can I put the actual file date, which represents the last time the file was modified, into the header? This is the date displayed on DOS screens.

I have a scanned textbook Engineering Graph in .jpg format on an EXCEL workbook, and I want to overlay an EXCEL chart to compare my calculated values to the textbook graph.
I can put the EXCEL chart over the .jpg, but need to make the EXCEL chart "Transparent", so I can see the textbook graph...
