I agree with AIX5L, the problem may be the /etc/host file. If you made any changes to your network configuration, you may have an incorrect, or even a duplicate entry.
It SHOULD be in System Envionments (fast path system) under "Change/Show number of licensed users"
Can you verify that bos.sysmgt.loginlic is installed?

Oops. Not entirely accurate.
The system can boot from the first bootable hdisk it finds.
If you want to ensire that the system boots from hdisk1, you may have to remove hdisk0 from the bootlist to prevent the system from "discovering" hdisk0 first.

bootlist -m normal hdisk0 hdisk1 rmt cd0
The system will attempt to boot from hdisk0 first, hdisk1 next, and so on.
