Having made this mistake many years ago, ensure there are no hunt groups or pickup groups programmed in the limo to be removed.
There’s a long thread on here documenting fixing my issue. Great assistance from the more knowlegable on here.
I had removed all extensions, and followed Alex to the...
I have a small problem with my Telephony Manager 3.1 installation.
I had our vendor perform a username and password purge by ensuring everyone had unique usernames and then remove any generic usernames that people had been using. Where a generic was required, ie to have Navigator run on the...
I have a number of MD110 at BC13 around the country and due to security requirements I need to encrypt the group switch links between Lim1 and Lim2 (only 2 lim systems involved).
Has anyone done it and can you provide some details.
Many thanks.
At the site I'm at we had abusive fax's from 1 number coming in. police weren't interested so we used CC6 to deal with it (as posted above)
works well. simple script, took a few minutes to setup
We had the same issue at work. ended up with our IT provider making a change to the global scope in the voice DHCP server.
"someone" changed it back so the decision was made for the IT provider to kill all other access to the DHCP server, which means I don't know what the change was.
I have a CS1000E rlse 5.5 IP environment running callpilot, TM3.1, CC6 with operator consoles provided by Datapulse, Intuition 1000. These units are basically a 2250 console board with a IP converter board and appropriate soft console.

Problem is if we move a phone between...
I have a new CS1k installation with TM3 and have struck the stalled task problem. The installation tech stopped and restarted a service on the TM server then reran the tasks.
Another thing that is worth a shot. Ensure your earthing is correct. Ericsson equipment is notorious for requiring a stable earth.
I had issues with my dumps failing and it was always LIM21. Checked the earth and once repaired the problem was resolved.
I have a new site that now has less than 7 days on the trial license. All IP handsets. If the proper license hasn't been installed by this time, what will the repercussions be apart from not being able to program new extensions, trunks etc. Will it affect logging on of extensions logged off?
The R date and time means the alarm condition has been rectified, and the list was under alarm class 0. You only need to concern yourself with alarm class 1 (minor) 2 (bit more important) 3 (major) and 4 (oh crap)
All this is explained in Alex which is downloadable from the info channel, or via...
Unless Ericsson has limits on providing licenses for older systems (what BC version are we talking about)it should be a matter of ordering new licenses for what you require. If you read through the process is Alex for Licenses it is a relativitly simple process to upload the new license file...
