    locked admin mailbox

    i have been trying unsuccessfuly to unlock my admin mailbox. i have 1. logged in as the admin 2. hit mailbox 3. hit change 4. entered the correct # for the mailbox 5. hit password reset it is supposed to reset to 0000, but it doesn't. does anyone know what i am doing that is wrong...
