    XP will not shut down properly/memory dump

    I can never get Windows XP Pro to shut down properly. Just when it should power off, it does a memory dump and I receive the following Stop message: Stop: 0X0000008E (0XC0000005, 0X8062A210, 0XF0A4AA50, 0x00000000) Does anyone know what this means?
