    how to transform objects and text on illustrator?

    Is there a way to transform text and objects in illustrator to place them in perspective. The tranform tool in the toolbox only lets me scale, rotate, shear etc. How do i put objects and text in perspective? I tried using the arc and flag distort tools but i couldn't match the perspective close...
