    Thanks for your replies. Even if I try to do a print preview, I get the prompts. I could create a form to enter the prompt information and provide a button to show the report but it seems I should be able to just print it without getting the prompts.

    Yes, the prompts are in the query. When I run the report I get the prompts. When I go to print the report I get the same prompts again.
