you must not have hunt group number that has been already assigned to extension... either rename extension number 020 (EXDNC:DIROLD=020,DIR=028) and than try GHGRI with GRP=020, or assign another number (i.e. GRP=010) to hunt group that has not been assigned to any extension... this should...
