    Phaser 780 Error 12 Image Density

    I did the standard Xerox recommended repairs. Shut printer down, power it back up. I swapped out all of the toner cartriages and imaging unit with another good working phaser 780. I still have an Error 12 coming up. Anyone have any thoughts? Thanks Roman

    Phaser 780 Error 10

    I was able to jumper out the front right cover switch which was suggested as a possible problem. Now I have an Error 12 problem Imaging Density. I will submitt a new post.

    Can anyone help me with this Error 10. I've been told that Error 10 is a laser error. The start of scan sensor did not recieve a signal. I don't know what to do about this error. Can anyone help with a particular component to swap out or part that I can replace? Thanks for your help.
