Dogs4me thanks for your reply. But let me make one point clear here. When the user enters values then the window is supressed and datawidnow, with genrated random numbers has been shown. The datawindow is Tabular Type. What the user wants is, when the random numebrs are shown on the datawindow...- aaasrija

Set up Text file as datasource
Hi, I don't have much experience in powerbuilder. I am using powerbuilder9.0.2. I need to read a tab spaced text file and load that data into a tbale in Oracle database(9i). How can I make textfile as datasource?Can anybody help me with this? I would really appreciate.- aaasrija
