Dual application instances started
Issue is not that the user is starting more than one instance. Issue is that more than one instance starts. Application limits are set to one per user, but two instances start. The two instances are somehow connected, closing one closes the other. The next attempt we are making to correct...- glass8780

Environment: Citrix farm of 3 servers on Windows 2000, running Metaframe XP 1 SR 4 Situation: Applied Windows 2000 hotfix for an application issue, resulting in Citrix issues.
