You may need to check the port that reporter is using in iis, if it is ip 10.0.0.1 for instance and the port is other then 80 try 10.0.0.1:["8081"]/reports i believe the port can be changed in report admin [port reporter is set to]
Sorry and to add to that we do have an AA frontending all the calls, in vm pro there is a setting that you can check to send reporting to ccc that a perticular call has been answered by vm pro

I programed a queue button in button program so when there are people in queue the light will flash and you can pull them from there the problem is it pulls the last call in queue instead of the person longest in queue anyone else found a solution for this?

i have also had the problem with not enough vm port liciences causing this, especially if you use an auto attendant in my experience when someone is hearing some prompt in auto attendant it uses a lic so if the call flow is heavy it will cause these sorts of issues
