From what I'm understanding, if I copy the SAM files from one computer to another computer the user names and passwords will transfer over without problem?
I think I may be missing some steps.

Where do I store this file in order to run it?
Do I save it directly on a directy on the Oracle machine.
Or is there somehow I can run it saved on my desktop and run it through SQL*Plus?
