I figured it out... There are 2 password for our system, one is "Admin" and one is "Config" I was using the "Admin" password, which only gives me system coordinator privileges within programming. Well that is what I thought, but when I go into system programming, I do not have a "Feature Settings" grouping. Is it possible that that grouping has been disabled somehow?- amelichar

Help... got a new Norstar phone system. Can't figure out how to turn on call log. 1. I have my extension set to "log all calls". 2. When I try and view the log, I get "No log assigned" 3.
