Phaser 560 - Repeated transfer unit error
Ok, I looked further into the machine, and I think I see the part you're talking about. Would that be the cleaning blade clutch, the pre-registration clutch, or the registration clutch? Or is it one of the other two dozen clutches? I found a web site that actually has part numbers...- BobbyBAIC

You're talking about the big motor, top left facing the paper pickup unit? If so, what's the replacement unit number? Why does this printer have to be such a mystery to work on?- BobbyBAIC

Phaser 560 - Repeated transfer unit error
Our company has a Phaser560, that gives almost constant transfer unit errors. Once the error occurs, I pull out and re-seat the unit, cycle power on the printer, and re-set the unit counter to 100%. This usually lasts for 20 to 40 pages of printing before happening again. Anyone out there have...- BobbyBAIC
