All the drivers are installed automatically from zip files I have. Yes there was a reset after removing the drivers. I removed everything and started from fresh. Several start up and shut downs later this is where I am at.

Speeds are fine and everythings been working ok up until this morning when its gone again and the connection is telling me its engaged again.
