Sending MS Word forms across email
I am trying to set up a course training form designed in Word 2000 with questions to my work email addressees, in order for them to fill in the blanks and tick boxes and return to me in the same format. Is this possible - Please help as I am struggling now... Thanks in advance Ian G- Ian455

Return email button to originator?
I am trying to insert a button to a Microsoft Word 2000 form template, so that once I have sent the form by email and the recipient has entered their information, that they click the button and the form comes back to me with that info inserted.
