New Norstar cics installation
I do have a technician scheduled to do the install. I was just curious what the level of unexpected issues come with this system - hopefully minimal. The technician has performed an initial review of the office, wiring, etc. He indicated a 2-hour install time at $60/hour. Is this accurate?- rackley

I have purchased a new Norstar CICS phone system for my company. This is due to be installed early next week. Does anyone have any helpful tips for a smooth installation with minimal down-time?
