Thanks everyone for the help...ended up creating a spreadsheet suggested by "johnnythephoneguy"...hopefully we will be able to keep up with it..thanks again!
PBX..but the issue is we are responsible for everything telecom...I have the licenses but how do I keep a tally on when I'm low and need to order more...I'm not the only programmer but I'm the one who has to report if..for example we are running low on callpilot lisences, AST licences...etc...
We are finding that we are caught at the last moment when it comes to keeping track of licences for Symposium agents, callpilot and others...is there an way to keep track of this?
