Open/Close/BackLog Report
Hi, I've been trying to get a Line Chart developed showing the number of tickets for a system that were opened, closed or are still open (backlogged) over weekly time periods. I've been using the following fields to try to do this: Request_Number (1,2,3,...) Submission_Date - (timestamp)...- bilowj

How Can I keep a running total of a field between groups?
Hi, I have two issues. The first being I was told to create some reports for upper management and I have never used crystal reports. This leads to #2: To keep this as simple as possible lets say I have a report with three fields grouped by date. so date 1 ---- date 2 etc... a1 a2 a3...- bilowj
