what is the extra connector on the back of my seagate sata drive?
the model of the hdd is: ST3250823AS / Seagate Barracuda 7200.8 250 Gbytes. The extra connector looks similar to the jumper pins on an ide drive, master/slave type, though it only has one row of 4-pins. It's located right next to the SATA connector on the back of the drive.
