    Zipping/Compressing Cubes?

    Anyone know of a common compression tool that works well on cubes? I need to send a couple of 200MB cubes to someone, and WinZip is only get 20% or so compression, even on the highest setting. An old version of wise installmaker that I have compresses 40-45%, but creating an installation package...

    Transformer and SQL Server

    I haven't ever tried connecting to SQL in that manner before, but check the connection info in the signons window. Using Impromptu IQD files, this has always needed to be set in the model, no matter what logons are used during the creation of the IQD. HTH
