Give me an email address and I will send you the 10.4 documentation.
We have been running ENMS 10.3 for over a year and will be upgrading to 10.4 soon.
Product is pretty good with a few minor annoyances. But what software doesn't have those?

I am having a problem getting RMON to generate SNMP traps on my Passport 8600 running v 3.7.9.
I have RMON enabled and an alarm configured with rising and falling values. The event is configured to "log-and-trap". When the rising and falling events are triggered I see them in the log and when...
dtabera,
With that config your router will not answer NTP requests. The ntp master or ntp peer commands will enable responses.
You can find details for NTP in the

anthonyanderbeg,
Thanks for the info. I was hoping there was a pair of jumpers on the board itself that I could connect to clear the flash. I have 80+ 8690s to clear after a recent major upgrade.

We are running 8610s with 3.7.9 version of code. As part of an update, as I change IP addresses and masks, I would like to clear the OSPF LSDB to force it to regenerate the DB. Anyone know if you can clear an OSPF LSDB?
Thanks,

We are disposing of several 8690 modules as we have upgraded to 8692s. We want to erase the flash memory on them before disposing of them. Anyone know of a way to clear the onboard flash on an 8690?
Thanks!

I started using Optivity and Device Manager again recently after a 2-3 year absence. I remember being able to display different VLANs in different colors in DM.
The parameter is still there to set a color for a VLAN.
Can you still display the colors?
