    dwalin; I checked and the ASAI Link Core is set to "n". So if this is turned on it sounds like we could capture both the lead VDN and sub-VDN. Thanks! zuman

    We have R11 here and our trunks are ISDN but I don't see that on the VDN form(?). I have tested with setting the VDN Override to "Y" and I'm able to query the sub-VDNs now but now can't query the lead VDN. Would be "nice" if we could query both. Thanks!

    Hello all; Is there a way to capture sub VDNs in logger 8.8? Right now NICE captures only the "lead" VDN. Our users would like to query calls by sub-VDNs. There's a field in the CLS DB named "VDN2" that's always blank. Thought maybe this is where the sub-VDN would be. Our switch is Avaya...
