Printing PDF
I feel like a moron. After some more research, I realized that I had inadvertently checked the "Print to File" box in the print settings. After I unchecked it everything is fine.- spongerot

Printing PDF
After some research, I found that the output file name Acrobat is asking for is a name created by me that is a *.ps file. I create a filename.ps and hit OK. Sure enough it does create a massive PS file (380 MB vs the original 28 MB PDF). But when I open it in Adobe Distiller, it won't created...- spongerot

I typically use Adobe Indesign CS to create booklets, then export an X-1A PDF file. I then print the PDF from Acrobat to a minolta digital color printer.
