Running Windows XP. The computer easily meets all system requirements, so that shouldn't be the problem.- Mike74

Unable to generate book index
I'm trying to generate the index for a 500-page book using InDesign 2.0. After I select the settings I want, it starts the process but freezes up before it gets done processing all the index markers. Does somebody know how to deal with this problem?- Mike74
